One person has been killed in a truck collision in Kohalpur Municipality of Banke district.
Trilok KC, a resident of Nepalgunj Sub-Metropolis-7, died when he was hit by a truck at Kohalpur-14 Havaldarpur at around 10 last night, said Rabindra Khanal, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Area Police Office, Kohalpur.
According to him, KC, an employee of Dharmakata at Bikase Bridge in Havaldarpur was hit by a truck (Ve 1 Ka 1999). The driver is absconding after KC died in the collision. The search for the absconding driver is underway, said Khanal, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Area Police Office, Kohalpur.
