At least 20 people were injured in a multiple-vehicle collision in the Tikoli forest in Bharatpur Metropolitan City-9 today. A college bus heading to Tandi from Bharatpur collided head on with a Bolero, leading to a multi-vehicle crash, said the District Police Office, Chitwan.
Of the injured receiving treatment at various hospitals, seven are reported to be in serious condition, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Bijaya Raj Pandit. Of them, 12 are receiving treatment in Bharatpur hospital, seven in Medical College of Science Teaching Hospital, and one in Chitwan Medical College. The police held the school bus driver.
