Manisha Rai, 19 years old, has been arrested on the charge of beating up 3 women and uploading the video on social media. They also made a video of the victims and put them on the bank of the river.
Among the five, Priti Limbu, Durga Rai and Binita Uranu have been arrested. According to the police, the search for 2 more absconding persons is going on.
