Kageshwari Manohara Municipality has provided 2.3 million rupees for the purchase of an animal ambulance to facilitate the rescue of cattles, stranded on the roads.
City chief, Upendra Karki has handed over the check to Uttam Pudasaini, the coordinator of the Helpless Cow Protection Campaign. Almost 200 cows are being protected in the shelter and the rescue of calves left stranded on the roads are being taken care of every day.
