Some parts of the country’s hilly region are likely to witness rainfall today due to an impact of the westerly winds, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology.
The Department stated that there will be partly cloudy weather in Province 1, Province 2, and Far west Province while rest of the country will remain mainly fair. Light rain is likely to occur at one or two places of Province 1, it said.
Likewise, the Department has asked all to adopt safety and precaution against cold adding that the temperature could go further down in the coming 24 hours.
The Kathmandu Valley recorded a minimum of 4.6 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 16.5 degrees Celsius today.
