Today's meeting of the House of Representatives has passed the condolence regarding the plane crash of Yeti Airlines that happened last Sunday morning in Pokhara. The proposal presented by senior member Pashupati Shamsher Jabara was passed unanimously in the meeting.
Seventy-two people, including four crew members, died when a Yeti Airlines plane that left Kathmandu for Pokhara crashed in Pokhara on Sunday morning. The silence was observed in the meeting to pay tribute to those who died in the accident.
Earlier in today's meeting, Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation Minister Sudan Kiranti informed the House about the plane crash. The next meeting of the House of Representatives will be held on Saturday 7th January at 1 pm.
