The draft of the government's common minimum program has been shared in today's meeting of the ruling parties held at the Prime Minister's official residence in Baluwatar.
Nepali Congress leader Ramesh Lekhak said that detailed discussions would be held on the document on Wednesday before it is finalized. "Agreement has been reached to give a final touch tomorrow after holding discussions in detail," Lekhak added.
Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal tabled the draft of the common minimum program on behalf of the government.
NC leader Lekhak further said that general discussions were held for the expansion of the cabinet as early as possible. "All political parties are flexible and committed to expanding the cabinet soon and continuing the coalition," Lekhak mentioned.
Likewise, Chairperson of Nagarik Unmukti Party Ranjita Shrestha shared that the leaders decided to settle all issues including power sharing after a meeting on Wednesday morning.
Top leaders of the CPN (Maoist Centre), NC, CPN (Unified Socialist), Nepal Samajwadi Party, Loktantrik Samajwadi Party, and other members of the ruling alliance were present at the meeting.
