Five police personnel, including two Deputy Superintendent of Police were injured in a road accident, that took place in Rukum (East) today.
The injured are, Deputy Superintendent of Nepal Police, Prakash Dangi, and Deputy Superintendent of Armed Police Force, Rabindra Shrestha and three other security personnel.
The accident took place, when their vehicle fell some 100 meters off the road at Putha Uttarganga rural municipality-11, which was heading towards Taksera in Putha Uttarganga rural municipality, from Rukumkot, said Spokesperson of the rural municipality and chairperson of ward no 5, Tikasai Gharti.
A police team has headed towards the incident site, shared Information Officer at the District Police Office, Police Inspector, Krishna Khatri.
