GANDAKI: Chief of the Gandaki Province, Dilli Raj Bhatta, has certified the Gandaki Province Civil Service (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2024 today.
The Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers, Gandaki Province, had, on Wednesday, sent the ordinance to the Office of the Province Chief for its authentication.
Province Chief Bhatta has certified the ordinance in accordance with the Article 202 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, spokesman of the Office of the Province Chief, Rameshwar Aryal stated in a press note he issued today.
The Gandaki Province Government, Council of Ministers had passed the ordinance on amending the Province Civil Service Act on December 24.
