Mayor Rai receives bicycle as a gift

The mayor of Dharan sub-metropolitan city, Harka Sampang Rai received bicycle as a gift, from Switzerland.

Mayor Rai has written on social media that, Dharan's supporters living in Switzerland have sent him a bicycle gift worth 60,000.

Harka Sampang Rai has been saying that, even though he is a mayor, he does not use government vehicles.
