The second meeting of the House of Representatives has been put off till Friday.
The meeting was postponed after the major opposition insisted on obstructing parliament business over the remark Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal made on appointment of prime minister.
In the meeting begun at 3:00pm on Wednesday, opposition party lawmakers objected to the PM Dahal's recent remarks that Sardar Pritam Singh used to visit New Delhi in a bid to make Dahal the prime minister.
The meeting earlier postponed for half an hour could not convene but got put off till Friday with the issuance of notice.
