Problems of skin disease and diarrhoea are taking a toll following the rising temperature. Poudel added 25 prisoners were found suffering from diarrhoea.
There are 740 prisoners in the jail- too many beyond the capacity. The jail is capacious for accommodating 280 people. There are 693 men, 47 women prisoners as well as four children.
