Light to moderate rain across the country

 The weather of the country currently is partial to generally cloudy with light to moderate rain taking place in some places of Bagmati, few places of Madhes and one or two places of remaining provinces.

Later this afternoon, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning at some places in all the provinces. Heavy rain is also possible at one or two places in Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini and Sudurpaschim provinces.

This is due to the influence of monsoon winds that is still active across the country, according to the Weather Forecasting Division.

The weather tonight will be partly to mostly cloudy across the country. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain at some places in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki and Sudurpaschim provinces and few places in the remaining provinces.

  In the next 24 hours, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning at some places in all the provinces, adds the Division.
