The Madhesh state of Corona has become an infection free state. After the number of infected people dropped to zero in all the eight districts of Madhesh, the state has become infection free.
According to the Madhesh Provincial Health Directorate, Dhanusha, 40,355 of the 41,417 infected people have returned home since the outbreak of the corona epidemic. Health Director Vijay Kumar Jha informed that 1,062 people have died in the state due to the infection.
According to the Directorate, 181 people have died in Bara, 161 in Saptari, 135 in Siraha, 132 in Dhanusha, 132 in Parsa, 129 in Rautahat, 93 in Sarlahi and 91 in Mahottari.
Similarly, about 82 percent of the people in the state have been fully vaccinated against covid-19. Compulsory vaccination card has been made mandatory for public service and the vaccination rate against covid-19 has increased due to continuous publicity about vaccination and activism of local people's representatives and health workers, said Director Jha.
