Leader of the main opposition party, CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has met with President Ram chandra Paudel. Kiran Pokharel, President's Press Adviser, informed that in the meeting held on Wednesday at Rashtrapati Bhavan, contemporary politics and the deadlock in Parliament were discussed.
According to him, in the meeting, President Paudel drew attention to the end of the deadlock in the parliament as it would increase the frustration of the people if the parliament could not function for a long time and would have a negative effect on the people towards the parliament itself.
President Paudel also suggested that all parties in the parliament, including the ruling party and the opposition, should move forward by creating an environment of trust. Oli, the leader of the main opposition party, was concerned about President Paudel's health condition.
