Nepali Congress youth leader Gagan Thapa has said that his party will come up with the agenda of producing skilled human resources for the development of the country.
Stating that the country has had to depend on foreign human resources for every development construction work, he stressed on the need to produce human resources essential for the country inside the country itself.
Speaking at the district level gathering of Nepal Teachers Association, Baglung here today, he said prosperity shall not be achieved until the Nepalis could have an ownership over the development that takes place in the country.
On a different note, he said the leaders of the NCP that have returned back to their respective parties should apologize before the people. "The leaders should respect the people's vote to them for unity and prosperity, and hence go to the people and seek apology," he said.
