Nepal Telecom has started its IP TV service through Fiber to The Home (FTTH) on NT TV for the first time in Karnali Province.
The Surkhet-based Nepal Telecom office that had been providing voice and data through FTTH service has also started NT TV service from Birendranagar.
Opening the NT TV service, Director at Telecom Karnali Province Directorate, Ananta Prakash Mallik said they made it happen to deliver voice, internet, and television service through a single wire. "This is an effective service for the users as they can receive triple-play service (voice, high-speed internet, IP TV, and video) through an optical fiber.
