No new coronavirus case was recorded in nine districts of province-1 in the last 24 hours. The Ministry of Social Development shared that there was no case of coronavirus in Udayapur, Bhojpur, Tehrathum, Sankhuwasabha, Okhaldhunga, Khotang, Solukhumbu, Taplejung, and Panchthar.
However, in the same period, 215 new cases of coronavirus were recorded in other districts. The districts to have coronavirus are Jhapa (94), Sunsari (38), Morang (33), Ilam (2), Dhankuta (1) and 3 others from outside the province.
Similarly, a total of 278 people recovered from COVID-19. Among them, 136 are women and 142 are men. Three people succumbed to COVID-19 in the province in the last 24 hours.
