Raghuganga village municipality-8, which is considered a remote area, is connected to Kuine road network. The journey has been shortened to four hours as it used to take a day for the residents of Kuine to reach the district headquarters Beni and the center of the municipality Mouvaphant.

After the construction of the road, transportation, construction materials, and daily necessities, agricultural produce and export of herbs have become easier, said Ward Chairman Gaman Chhantyal. Motorcycles, jeeps, and tractors have started plying in Kuine, which is dominated by the minority Chhantyal community. It has become easier to take the patient to the hospital.

A road has been constructed from Thadakhani of Raghuganga Gaonpalika-6 to Kuine through Bhedi Khalda of Dhawalagiri Gaonpalika. Kamal Chokhal, a self-engineer of Raghuganga village municipality, informed that a 12-kilometer road connecting Thadakhani to Kuine has come into operation. After the construction of 1,500 meters of road through the Consumer Committee this year, Kuine has been connected to the road network. "The work of upgrading the road is still pending," he said. The distance from Beni to Kuine is 40 kilometers.

The village municipality had allocated Rs. 8 million in the current Fiscal Year 2077/78 for the construction of road connecting Kuine. Structures including walls and drains are yet to be constructed on the road. Last year, the village municipality had allocated Rs. 4.5 million. Chairman of the village municipality Bhab Bahadur Bhandari said that roads have been widened in all the eight wards of Raghuganga along with Kuine.
