One person has died in a scooter accident in Kanchanpur. The deceased has been identified as Puran Chaudhary, 45, of Bhimdatta Municipality-3.
The accident took place when a scooter (No. 7 Pa 7146)heading to Naulakhet from Bichpuri lost control. Chief of the District Traffic Office, Keshav Raj Bhatta, informed that he died at Mahakali Provincial Hospital last night while undergoing treatment.
Similarly, two persons were injured when two motorcycles collided at Kaluwapur of Shuklaphanta Municipality-10 on the East-West Highway.
