Seriously injured in the helicopter accident in Sankhuwasabha's Bhotkhola have been taken to Kathmandu for further treatment.
The seriously injured pilot Surendra Paudel and local Bhabin Gurung have been taken to Kathmandu by helicopter for treatment.
Pilot Paudel was taken to Kathmandu by Simrik Air helicopter and Gurung was taken to Kathmandu by Nepali Army helicopter, District Police Office said.
According to the police, Gurung is unconscious while Paudel is able to speak normally. Police said that the condition of the two local people on board the helicopter is normal.
The helicopter flying from Rapsa of Bhotkhola rural municipality-5 had an accident at 1:20 pm Friday while landing at a place called Didinkha of Bhotkhola-4. Chief of the District Police Office, DSP Birendra Godar informed that the accident occurred when the helicopter crashed into a hillock while landing.
