A Simrik Air helicopter from Kathmandu has started extinguishing the fire in Damauli Bazaar. Helicopters have started extinguishing the fire by carrying water from the river near the market.
Captain in Command Surendra Poudel and Captain Rajendra Duwal are in the helicopter. Yogesh Sapkota of Simrik Air informed that a fire control team was also with them.
The Home Ministry had written a letter to Simrik Air asking for its help. After that, the helicopter went to Damauli from Kathmandu.
It was difficult for the fire brigade to reach the place where the fire broke out as the road was narrow. Efforts are being made to extinguish the fire from both the fire brigade and the helicopter.
