The government has allocated Rs 350 million budget to extend the master plan of Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT). The budget introduced today has mentioned that reconstruction and preservation of heritage sites will be extended.
Similarly, Rs 1.50 billion has been allocated to complete the Lumbini Development Master Plan.
It was also announced that the process to enlist Janaki Temple area of Janakpur and Tilaurakot area of Kapilvastu districts in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites will be expedited. Likewise, budget has been allocated to establish the Ram Temple in Ayodhyapuri of Chitwan district.
The budget has mentioned that the under-construction cultural museum in Kirtipur will be completed in two years.
Similarly, budget has been allocated to forward the master plan to develop the religious touristic sites in Pathibhara, Halesi, Gadhimai, Swargadwari and Chandannath as well.
