A teacher was arrested on charge of sexually abusing students of UKG and playgroup in Naar Basic School in Narpabhumi Rural Municipality-1 on Sunday night.
The accused has been identified as Ajay Ram Gurung (43), a local resident of Naso Rural Municipality in Tilche at Manang district.
Gurung allegedly abused the students while tutoring them during private tuition classes. Acting on a tip-off, security personnel based at Mehta Police Office nabbed the accused.
Further investigation into the case is underway, said the police.
