The meeting of the top leaders of the three major political parties has started on the issue of revealing the obstruction of the federal parliament by the main opposition and others.
Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal , Chairman of the main opposition party CPN (UML) KP Sharma Oli and Chairman of the Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba are participating in the meeting which started at the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers Office Singh Darbar.
Since last Wednesday, the meeting of both the Houses of the Federal Parliament has not been able to proceed due to obstruction by the main opposition parties. Due to the obstruction, the bill that was advanced to give justice to meterbadge victims has become inactive. Similarly, other important bills have not been able to move forward. Today's meeting of the National Assembly has also been adjourned until 11 am on Monday after the UML's protest.
