Former Deputy Prime MInister Top Bahadur Rayamajhi, who was arrested in the case of fake Bhutanese refugees, has been suspended from his post as a member of the House of Representatives.
In the House of Representatives meeting held on Monday, Speaker Devraj Ghimire read out the letter suspending Rayamajhi from the post of MP.
Rayamazhi was arrested by the police from Budanilkantha on Sunday night. Rayamajhi was suspended as an MP after the information about his arrest reached the Parliament Secretariat.
