TU publishes notice regarding 47th convocation Day

Tribhuvan University (TU) has issued an online notice form to participate in the upcoming 47th convocation day, 2078.

The graduates from Yearly and Semester wise (Bachelor's, Master's, Mphil and PhD) who received their academic transcript from June 15, 2020, to June 14, 2021 period can only fill in the online form to participate in the upcoming convocation day.

Those who are eligible with the terms and conditions mentioned above can contact the TU-based Office of the Controller of Examinations (OCE) and submit their application within the deadline from September 6 to October 6.

The application can be filled via an online system from today.

The online form can be filled in on the OCE website. The participant requires to upload the documents such as MRP photos, citizenship, and transcript copies while filling the application.

The online PDF documents submitted should be kept safe. After issuing details of the convocation programme by TU, one should present the documents to the OCE's respective section which should be signed. After that, they can take a gown and scarf for the programme.

Only one member of the family can be enrolled in the programme. If a family member needs to be added, an extra Rs 300 will be charged without refund.

The amount can be only deposited via online banking in Nepal Bank Limited and Global IME Bank. The deposited slip and transacted amount should be kept safely for further purposes.

The details of the convocation can be viewed on OCE's website: tuexam.edu.np

The programme details will be published later by OCE.

Note: Rs 300 will be deducted from the deposition amount for Gown and Scarf maintenance.

Graduates student has to take all the major documents within a year from the Convocation stipulated period, otherwise, an additional fee will be charged as per TU rules.
