Police in Baitadi district on Friday afternoon arrested two youths on the charge of raping a 21-year-old girl from Pancheshwor Rural Municipality-6.
The accused have been identified as Harish Dhami (19) and Bikram Dhami (19), both residents of the same rural municipality in the Baitadi district.
They allegedly raped the girl on May 30. Acting on a tip-off, security personnel deployed from the Baitadi-based District Police Office (DPO) nabbed them.
Further investigation into the matter is underway, informed DPO, Biatadi.
