Three vehicles used by the former royal family are on display for the general public at the Narayanhiti Palace Museum. The Narayanhiti Palace Museum and Republic Memorial Management and Operation Development Committee has opened the three vehicles used by the former king Tribhuvan and Mahendra today for the general public to see. Maheshwar Neupane, secretary of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, informed that there is a policy to put all the materials used by the former royal family in the exhibition.
Secretary Neupane, who is also the chairman of the committee, promised to make the museum more organized and displayable materials will be placed gradually so that the general public can see them. The museum has also put on public display the Ba A 2 used by former King Tribhuvan and another Ford company vehicle with an undisclosed number. The committee said that both vehicles belong to Ford company.
Buddhi Bahadur Gurung, information officer of the committee, informed the government that the vehicle No. Ba A 2 was used by Tribhuvan and his family. The committee has also given information that the other pick-up vehicle was used by former King Tribhuvan when he went hunting.
Similarly, the car number BA 1H 2663 used by former king Mahendra has also been made public. Austin Princess Company Model 1963 This car will also be available to the general public from now on. He also said that information was received that this model car is also in the British Rajprasad.
