Not all the lawmakers who are associated with the Madhav Kumar Nepal faction of CPN UML will vote in favour of Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba during the vote of confidence at the House of Representatives (HoR).
A parliamentarian privy to the discussions mentioned that around 15 lawmakers have decided to stay neutral. They will neither vote for or against PM Deuba.
Some of the lawmakers who will not vote in favour of Deuba are Surendra Pandey, Ghanashyam Bhusal and Gokarna Bista, who were also part of the 10-member taskforce that had been formed to help forge unity between the factions led by Chairperson KP Sharma Oli and Nepal.
