Bishal Bhattarai has been appointed as Chief Whip of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Parliamentary Party in the House of Representatives.
Prime Minister and NCP PP leader KP Sharma Oli today appointed Bhattarai to the post in line with Clause 13 of the statute of the NCP Federal Parliamentary Party, 2075, said PM Oli's press advisor Surya Thapa. Bhattarai was elected MP from Khotang in the last general election.
