Chairperson of CPN (Maoist Centre) Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has asserted that the government would get full shape within this week. Chairperson Prachanda said it during a press conference organised here after the conclusion of orientation to party leaders and cadres in Province-2.
"The government will be expanded in two to three days," Prachanda said, adding that the expansion was not delayed because of the Janata Samajbadi Party and CPN (US) as rumoured outside.
Prachanda viewed the five-party alliance as more important than MCC. "The alliance is for democracy, republic, constitution, and nation," he underscored. MCC does not cause a split in a five-party alliance, he reminded.
The Chairperson however said they were not against MCC, but for its endorsement with some revision via an all-party mechanism. Prachanda also accused the Finance Minister of the erstwhile government of creating a mess on MCC.
National consensus would be forged to take ahead the MCC Compact, he stated.
