HoR meeting adjourned due to obstruction of opposition parties

 The meeting today of the House of Representatives has been postponed for 15 minutes due to the obstruction by the opposition parties including the main opposition CPN (UML).ouse of Representatives has been postponed for 15 minutes due to the obstruction by the opposition parties including the main opposition CPN (UML).

Speaker Devraj Ghimire announced the adjournment of the meeting for 15 minutes after MPs from the UML, Rastriya Swatantra Party, Rastriya Prajatantra Party among others raised various issues and resorted to sloganeering.

 Despite repeated request from Speaker Ghimire to help in the running the House, the MPs stood up from their seats, leading to the adjournment.
