Former Chairperson of Rastriya Prajatantra Party, Kamal Thapa, has said he would form a new party.
Talking to the media persons at Biratnagar Airport today, Thapa said so, however, recalled his 31 years of long dedication to bring RPP in the present status.
He expressed the view that he would form a new political party as the RPP leadership neglected his suggestions given on ideological and organisational issues despite wanting to support the new leadership after party’s general convention.
Announcing that a new political party would be registered at the Election Commission on the third week of February after consulting with friends, the former RPP Chair shared that Hindu nation, good-governance and prosperity would be the agendas of the new party.
He stressed on forming a new party instead of being helpless and humiliated in the party, saying that he would not give up his ideology.
Saying that the MCC assistance from the US government itself is not objectionable and the government should clarify the questions and concerned raised about it, he expressed the view that financial assistance could be received from MCC and there would be no loss from it.
He said MCC should be ratified from the parliament with the consent of political parties.
