Nepali Congress senior leader Ramchandra Poudel has said the party was in dire need of leadership that is capable to tackle new challenges.
Speaking in a programme organized to distribute health supplies to local levels and health centres here Saturday, senior leader Poudel argued that the current national politics was polarized to the group that favours democracy and another that is against democratic values and principles.
He further said that the NC had a responsibility to unite democratic forces and it should not miss this chance.
On the occasion, Poudel handed over different health materials worth about Rs 3. 5 million to 10 local levels of Tanahu, and one of Lamjung district. The health and safety stuffs include oxygen concentrators, face shields, mask, PPE and sanitizer among others.
