The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has postponed its general convention. The general convention was scheduled to be held from coming June 5.
A meeting held today with the presence of Chairs trio Pashupati Shumsher JB Rana, Dr Prakash Chandra Lohani and Kamal Thapa took the decision considering the COVID-19 pandemic, said central secretariat chief Dhruva Bahadur Pradhan. A new date would be announced in the appropriate time.
The RPP has also demanded with the government to garner international support including oxygen, ventilator and essential drugs to combat the second wave of COVID-19 pandemic.
