Aasis Sapkota from NRNA breaks the previous record of 17 minutes 49 seconds 95 ms set by Nisar Yahya Hussain in Men's Swimming with a new record of 16 minutes 57 seconds and 95 ms.
But then again Sapkota lost to Hussain, breaking his own record by 16 minutes, 50 seconds, and 25 ms which is now the new national record for Men's Swimming in the 9th National Games.
