Scotland has given Nepal a medium target of 213 runs for victory in the last match of the triangular ODI series under ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League 2, Tri Series tournament. Scotland, who lost the toss and were invited to bat first, lost all wickets in 46.1 overs and made a total of 212 runs at the international cricket ground of Tribhuvan University in Kirtipur.
George Munshe contributed the most 60 runs for Scotland. He contributed 60 runs in 50 balls with the help of nine fours and two sixes. Similarly, another player from Scotland, Matthew Cross, contributed 42 runs. Brendon McCullum scored 31 runs while Kyle Kotzer and Christopher McBride added 22/22 runs. Mark Watt scored 8 runs while Shafyan Sharif added 8 runs unbeaten. Chris Graves scored 7 runs. On the bowling side, Sandeep Lamichhane of Nepal took four wickets and Karan KC took three wickets.
Similarly, Lalit Rajbanshi and Kushal Malla took one wicket each.
In this series, Nepal is looking for the fourth win in a row. Nepal had won the previous three matches of the series. Nepal defeated Scotland by three wickets.
