Sports materials have been provided to the players who have been learning football in Humla. Ramesh Maharjan of Tarkeshwor Municipality-4 of Kathmandu has provided sports equipment to the football players.
Maharjan came to Humla and handed over sports equipment. He assisted 21 players with jerseys, 17 footballs, 11 pads and four poles required for training, said Humla Football Academy President Bishnu Rawat. The players were practising without jerseys in the wet ground of Simkot Lower Bazaar.
Similarly, football materials provided by Goal Nepal have also been distributed to the players. Currently, players under the age of 13 in the district are undergoing football training. Humla Football Academy has arranged training for the players.
