At least six people are reported dead in the Doti District of Far-West Nepal after a magnitude 6.6 earthquake hit the area in the early hours of Wednesday.
Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Prem Bahadur Ale provided financial aid of Rs 30,000 in total to two patients from the Doti district for them to get medical attention.
Wildfires broken out in at least a dozen community forests in Doti district are yet to be put out. The nearby settlements are at high risk due to this.
