Nepali Congress leader Dr. Shekhar Koirala has said that the 14th General Convention has given the message that it is not possible for the party to function in the status quo.
A total of 1,300 votes have been cast till 5:00 pm in the reelection that took place to elect the party president in its ongoing 14th General Convention.
