Bagmati Province Chief Minister, Shalikram Jamkattel, has said the federal democratic republic system would not be enhanced until provincial structures were strengthened.
Shalikram Jamkattel, who was appointed as the fourth Chief Minister of Bagmati province, took the oath of office and secrecy today. Bagmati state chief Yadav Chandra Sharma administered the oath to the newly appointed Chief Minister Jamkattel.
