 Bahrain scored three goals in the first half and two goals in the second half. The match was played in Bahrain after FIFA did not give approval to play the match due to the condition of the ground at the Dasharath Stadium in Kathmandu.

Nepal is scheduled to play another match against Bahrain on Tuesday in Manama.
