KATHMANDU: The statement of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane has been concluded in the Kathmandu District Court.

In the bench of District Judge Madhav Prasad Adhikari has concluded his statement, and now his detention hearing will begin.

Lamichhane was arrested on Kartik 2 in the Surya Darshan Cooperative fraud case, was released from Pokhara after 84 days on Thursday evening after posting a bail of 6.5 million. Although he was released from there, he was told to appear in person at the District Court, Kathmandu on Friday, but he was not able to appear due to lack of time.
