The Karra stream has swept away two persons along with a truck in Hetauda-17, Makwanpur district today. The incident occurred at Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City-17, said the District Police Office, Makwanpur.

Truck driver Badri Karki (40) and Ganesh Thapamagar(42) were swept away by the flooded stream. The truck (NA 4 KHA 1440) was being driven to Hetauda from Shivam Cement Factory.

Police Inspector at District Police Office, Devendra Das, informed that search for the missing ones and truck was underway.
