Journalist Chandra Kishor Jha has been unanimously elected as Chairperson of the Centre for Investigative Journalism (CIJ).

A general assembly of the CIJ held today elected Nirmala Sharma, Ramjee Dahal, and Rameshwor Bohara as Vice-Chairperson, General-Secretary, and Treasurer respectively.

Similarly, Hari Bahadur Thapa, Laxmi Basnet, and Rajaram Gautam are the members of CIJ while two more members would be appointed later.
