Sujita Basnet has been crowned as Miss Universe Nepal (MUN) 2021. 

Similarly, Basnet has been awarded Rs one million cash prize.

The MUN final event was concluded today at Yak and Yeti hotel.

The winner of the event, which is sponsored by Umang Creation and Oriflame, will represent Nepal in the Miss Universe pageant to be held in Israel on December 12.

The judges of the MUN, 2021 were Ritu Singh Vaidya, Sneha Rana, Sareeta Gyawali, Mannsi Agrawal, Indira Joshi and Ishani Shrestha.

As of now, Basnet has over 7,500 Instagram followers. 

Meanwhile, Ninakanta Mandal was declared first runner-up, Raksha Upreti second runner-up, Pratiksha Mahara Chhetri third runner-up, and Keshu Khadka fourth runner-up of the competition.
