Saturday Night Live’s cold open paid tribute to Ukraine with the Ukrainian Chorus Dumka of New York singing in their native tongue.

As per The Hollywood Reporter, cast members Kate McKinnon and Cecily Strong introduced the chorus and ended the cold open with the typical “Live from New York, it’s Saturday night.”

Host John Mulaney opened up February 25’s episode of SNL, tackling his stint in rehab for drug use.
