Police have recovered a pistol from Rajgad Gaonpalika-6 Bardahi of Saptari today while it was being smuggled into Nepal from India. A team deployed from the Armed Police Force Battalion 7 Headquarters Saptari on the basis of a special tip-off found a pistol and a sharp pistol while entering Nepal from India through a mango orchard.

 According to Shyam Mani Dhakal, Deputy Superintendent of Armed Police, a sharp pistol was found in the bag after a man threw the bag and fled. The pistol was handed over to the District Police Office while the fugitive was wanted, according to the Armed Police Force.
