Police have arrested 11 people including Rajesh Maharjan while playing cards in Godavari Municipality-14.
Police deployed from Lalitpur Metropolitan Police Campus arrested them along with Rs 8,43,690 in cash and three decks of cards.
Police said that further investigation is underway.
